FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes, if you wish to see us in person.  If you are not able to, simply use the shopping cart
to place your order and you will be provided with our bankers, our account number and
account name at which you can make payments.  Your order can be delivered to your home
or office for a small fee of TT$60.00 to anywhere in Trinidad and TT$80.00 in Tobago.

Where are you located?
We are located in Diego Martin.  We have a small showroom of some of our products on display.

What are the prices of your products?
ALL PRODUCTS, except wedding invitations, are quoted in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars.

What are the prices of your invitations?
Wedding invitations are priced in US Dollars.  Invitations are sold in sets of 25’s and
there are prices for each additional set of 25’s ordered. Because invitations are shipped
from the United States, shipping, customs, tax and handling fees must be added.  To work
out the landed charges, simply multiply the US Price under the desired quantity by ten (10).

Can I choose my own wording?
All wording shown on the examples are only suggestions.  Please feel free to write your own or make
changes to the verse shown.  If you would like to see some sample verses, please visit our
Wording Suggestion Page.
 
Can I email you the wording for my invitations?
Absolutely!  We understand that you have a busy schedule and we are happy to assist.
 
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, personal cheques, bank drafts, and bank deposits.

How can I show that I made a deposit to your bank account?
Simply fax a copy of your deposit slip to 695-6449 with our
Fax Order Form.
 
Do you provide delivery?
Delivery to your home or office is an additional TT$60.00  You must provide a shipping address
at which someone will be available to sign and receive your order, if not you yourself.
 
When should I order my invitations?
Invitations should be sent out 2-3 months before the wedding date.   This allows ample time
for your guest to respond. Your invitations will take approximately 2 weeks to process. upon payment
and receipt of order.
 
What if there is a mistake with my order?
Please check your order very carefully before submitting it to us to be printed, as stationery items
will be printed as you submit them.  We spell check each order and we will correct spelling of everything
except proper names.  If you receive an item that is misprinted compared to what you submitted you must
notify us within 10 days of receipt and it will be reprinted at no additional cost .
 
Do you provide online proofs of your invitations?
Yes we do.  And at no additional charge to you. However, we have found that they do not always
provide an accurate depiction of what your invitation will look like.  While they do give an overall feel for
the invitation, they can also be deceiving.  Still, we are willing to the extent possible, provide you an
online proof.
 
How soon can I get my invitations?
After the order is confirmed and payment is made, invitations take approximately 14 days before
arriving.  Depending on the time of year, orders may take a little longer, so be sure to
order early.
 
How soon can I get my Favours?
After the order is confirmed and payment is made, favours take approximately 10 - 14 days before
arriving.  Circumstances such as flight delay and an overflow of incoming goods during the
Christmas season may affect the delivery time. So, be sure to order early.
 
How do I go about ordering my Wedding products?
Simply print out our Fax Order Form and carefully fill in the details of your order.   Attach a copy
of the Bank deposit slip onto the form and fax it to 695-6449.   We will confirm receipt of your order
